WHY BECOME A COORDINATOR?

Looking for a way to get more involved in BAP&AS, meet new people, and assist in ensuring organization operations run smoothly? We have five coordinator positions that provide less committment than a board position, but still allows for you to build up your leadership skills!

PHILANTHROPY COORDINATOR

The Philanthropy Coordinator works with the board to create events related to charity work and community services. These hours contribute to helping BAP meet the national requirements as well as helping pledges.

EVENTS COORDINATOR

Works closely with mostly Director of Accounting Society, as well as other board positions to assist in the operations of the big events. Additionally, the coordinator plans the social events for the semester that aide in building a community within BAP.

FUNDS COORDINATOR

Works closely with Treasurer, as well as other board members to organize fundraisers. These funds go back to the members and the improvement of BAP events.

 

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Works closely with the board and Public Relations Coordinator to create posters and flyers that are posted in the Instagram, LinkedIn, and Discord! These flyers help with the promotion and spread awareness about the event. It requires a bit of a creative mindset, but open to all.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Formerly known as the Media Chair, but now only focuses on the maintenance of the Instagram. The Instagram is one of the more widely used source of information. The coordinator will work closely with the Director of Correspondence to maintain consistency throughout the semester.


These 5 roles work together alongside the board to make sure BAP runs smoothly. In addition to their responsibilities, coordinators are required to help the Director of Correspondence in the creation of the monthly ledgers!
